
Pro0ogress~
Successfull things i did today:
-woke up early and helped my mom right away(6:30 am)
-Found a chain resturaunt that i actually liked(california pizza kitchen;lots of good healthy food!)& didn’t break down!
-Went shopping, bought stuff without my mom there, and didnt breakdown!
-got my whole english project done in 1 1/2 hours, and didn’t breakdown!
-ate my moms rando dinner, that i didn’t really feel like& that I didn’t make, and I DIDNT’T BREAKDOWN!
guyz i am breakdown/ anxiety free today. I am making progress :}
